System Checker For Windows Version 0.7 beta version

DESCRIPTION
===========
This program should give you all the Windows information you need
to troubleshoot problems you have. It will tell you about your disk, 
screen, memory, keyboard, network, COM ports, Windows setup, fonts and 
much more.

REQUIREMENTS
============
System requirements are minimal, pretty much any IBM compatible
PC running Windows 3.x or Win95 should run System Checker. This version
was developed on Win3.11 over MS-DOS 6.22, and tested on the release version
of Windows 95. If you have problems with System Checker on either of these 
please e'mail me including a list of the version number of System Checker 
(in case its fixed in more recent release), the operating system you are using, 
and the nature of the bug.

This software is SHAREWARE and FREELY DISTRIBUTABLE. It is also in the early stages 
of development. If you find this software useful and use it regularly or if you feel

PROGRAM INFORMATION
===================
This program runs on either Windows 3.10/3.11 or Windows 95 
( and has been tested on both ) . Because of the differences
between the two Operating Systems some of the features of System
Checker may not perform as expected under Windows 95 (it has been
developed primarily on Win 3.11. A 32 bit dedicated version for Win95 
is anticipated in the near future to correct these problems. System 
Checker started as a project to help me learn how use Visual Basic 3.0 
and has moved on from there to become a useful utility.

Future releases will also cover the areas of communications, printing
and more on memory and disk space as well as improved help and 
documentation.

FONTS
=====
If you have problems loading the fonts screen, go into your control
panel for fonts and set the Truetype fonts only in applications checkbox 
to True.
